$315 is a good price for this. Retail is $500 and if you add up the cost of all these 11 books you get a pretty good deal. As far as I know Marvel is set to start shipping these books for individual purchase in 2015 so if there is only a couple you want you may want to hold off and buy them that way, ieMarvel Masterworks: The Amazing Spider-Man Volume 1 (New Printing). Amazon prices are around $36 per book. You will of course not get the Avengers mansion slipcase ( which is awesome BTW ) if you go this route. Also you should know that most of these stories are being repinted in Marvels EPIC collections ie. Fantastic Four Epic Collection: The World's Greatest Comic Magazine. which is cheaper still and come with more issues per book.
All that said this collection is amazing. Some of the best starts to Marvels greatest characters. Spiderman, Thor, Silver Age Cap with a new printing and wonderful covers and spines that add up to the picture in the Amazon listing. This is a great way to read all of Marvels wonderful Silver Age firsts. In the years to come I expect this set will be in high demand with very few available in the world of Ebays, and 3rd party sellers. I suggest you pre-order one of the 2nd prints coming in December if you want one.

The Marvel Masterworks included inside are new editions (which will be sold individually in 2015), most of them containing extra content: Stan Lee texts from "Son of Origins", unused cover art, ads from the time, and best of all- the complete original pencils by Steve Ditko for Amazing Fantasy #15.
Unless you already own all of these volumes in hardcover, jump at the chance to get them all together while supplies last. As it is, this slipcase is an unprecedented way of presenting one of the greatest pop culture productions ever
BUYER BEWARE: as was my sneaking suspicion, I received the SECOND EDITION, WITHOUT the Stan Lee signed poster. It certainly doesn't say in the product description that one is provided, but anybody who followed the creation or marketing of this set knows that the poster was a marque add-on. That being said, digging a little deeper online, there is at least SOME content on the difference between editions, and the fact that the first edition (w/poster) is long since sold out.
Just keep that in mind if that is a primary influence on your decision (it shouldn't be, though, the poster is folded with no COA, you can get a nice flat, certified poster or print signed by Stan Lee on ebay for $100-200).
