Same recipe as your oven -- in your microwave

This book isn't as good as the other microwave cookbooks.
I purchased it as a gift for a relative in a living facility who has a small kitchen with only a microwave.
Majority of the recipes want you to use full size recipe ingredients for a family of at least 2-4 AND some want you to put a 9x13inch or larger microwave safe dish in there. Nothing is "quick" - a lot of dinner recipes are 15-45 minutes of microwave time. The editor missed and put "oven recipes" in.
The only reasonable recipe is the breakfast ones - smaller dishes like 8x4 Pyrex.
Not sure about your industrial sized microwaves but that would never fit in my own, let alone a care facilities microwave or a hotels/dorms.
Wish there was an example on the purchase page.
