Its incredibly clear language and the genuineness in its tone, helped me connect to the contents with ease. In addition, it can be applied to a group setting or used for individuals (by therapist or client). I have given copies away to clients and the feedback has been immensely positive.
I would highly recommend it to therapists (used for mood and anxiety disorders) working with teens, but also to chidren/teens and their families as a manual to learn and develop a mindfulness-based practice.
