This book made me stop and really take stock of my stressful life. All those years without managing all the stressful situations, I thought there was no solution. Boy was I wrong. The book is very positive and I felt I could see the light at the end of the tunnel. It is call a workbook and makes me work hard but I am learning so much that it is all worth it.
