Mio FUSE is a sleek all-in-one performance wristband that combines the features of a heart rate monitor, sports watch, and activity tracker. Monitor the intensity of your workouts and your movement throughout the day for an incredibly comprehensive look at exertion, recovery, and overall fitness.
FUSE transmits heart rate via Bluetooth Smart (4.0) and ANT+, so you can display and store heart rate data with your smartphone, bike computer, GPS watch, or any other compatible device. Other features include:

It’s Meaningful: Other metrics like steps provide limited insights into physical activity, as not all steps are created equal, and not all exercise involves steps. The most accurate way to assess the health benefits from activity is to analyze your heart rate.

This monitor is definitely not as high tech as some but for the price if you are looking for something basic and uncomplicated and does the job this is it. It has 3 and 5 different heart rate zones, each has a different colour, this makes it easy to keep track of your zones as you exercise, also when you get into different zones the monitor lights up with your heart rate. Some people have complained about the strap catching on clothing and being uncomfortable, for me personally I have not found this to be a problem. I am absolutely happy with my Mio except one problem. The monitor would not sync my workouts after two weeks and the only way to fix it was to uninstall and install the program again which meant I lost what I had saved. Also on sunny days it can be difficult to see display. Other than those two things I really love my Mio and it has helped bring my training to a different level.
