Does what it says on the tin, keeps your little one from pulling a load of toilet paper off the roll, however it is also adult proof and makes it awkward for you to get toilet paper yourself, I had to find the right toilet paper for this as some just did not fit right making you fight to get a couple of sheets, but I found the best to be the Andrex quilted paper.
I do recommend this though as it is very good and way better than finding a whole roll of paper on the floor in seconds lol.
