Feeling unsatisfied with the ending of the classic book “The Most Dangerous Game” an author explores the different ways that the book could have a more satisfying ending. It's a courageous thing to do. I've been told reading the original book is a rite of passage for young people. The new endings are fast paced and exciting. There are many uprising twists in the plot. Whether it's a better ending is for the reader to decide. I enjoyed both endings and wasn't able to pick a favourite.

HASH(0x9abcad44) out of 5 stars Great Read Nov. 21 2012

I really enjoyed this follow-up to the original classic. Fans of the original "Most Dangerous Game" short story will delight in reading an all new, and much more satisfying, conclusion.

If you enjoyed the original work (the characters, the setting, and the overall tone), then there is nothing not to like in
Ralph Lagana's dramatic and expertly-written conclusion. Great read!

HASH(0x9ab18228) out of 5 stars Loved it! April 5 2013

After reading the original many years ago, and again recently, I must say that Mr. Lagana did a fantastic job with his ending to this classic short story. I would encourage anyone who wants to read The Most Dangerous Game, to make sure that you read A Most Dangerous Series. You will not be disappointed by this exciting conclusion.

I very much enjoyed reading this and honestly wish there was more. It was as thought provoking if not more so than the first and I've been suggesting it to all my friends.

HASH(0x9ab1860c) out of 5 stars not the story I thought it was March 20 2013

I thought I was buying the original story. It turns out this is some kind of sequel written by someone who was disturbed by the ambiguity of the original ending. I had no interest whatsoever and took it off my phone immediately without reading it.
