4.0 out of 5 stars Lots of info in a small package April 21 2014

Don't need bartender's guide often but when I do, this one has the right stuff. Price was incredibly right -- it was dwarfed by the very reasonable shipping charge -- and arrived early and very well packaged. Hard to beat that deal.
3.0 out of 5 stars It's alright May 23 2016

It's got plenty of recipes, but navigating the book is nowhere near as easy as it is with the standard version.

3.0 out of 5 stars handy guide - sort of Sept. 30 2012
By ACAR - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
This guide is inexpensive and reasonably complete, except for missing pages 275 -290 in my copy. On the downside the index is not very much more detailed than the table of contents and the page size is small enough to make reading the guide somewhat challenging in low light. The binding is typical of a paperback so the book will not stay open on the page you need. Still, the recipes are there (assuming all the pages are included in your copy) and overall this portable version of the guide gets the job done.

1.0 out of 5 stars Poor layout. Sept. 19 2015

this book is poorly laid out. You can't find a drink by name, only by liquor. I will never use it.
