With taxes, you're paying about $4,000 for a graphics card. First of all, think to yourself, are you even going to be using this graphics card to its full potential? Or are you going to play a game on 1080p with a 75hz monitor? 2k at 165hz? Still not even close to what this can produce. 4K @120 fps is light work for this graphics card and I can promise you, you do not need this card at the current price it id being offered for.
JUST WAIT for a while for scalper prices to die out and you may find a reasonably priced card to buy. But even so, that's only if you truly know you'll be using the card for what it's build for. An RTX 30 series card is a fraction of the price and works magically on its own. So unless you want to spend the equivalent of a used 2008 Honda Civic on a graphics card, go ahead. Otherwise, be patient and be wise :)
