Product Description

Inspired by true events...

The first day of college gives every girl a chance to reinvent herself.

I go and screw mine up by meeting the most gorgeous guy I've seen in five years while talking to my cat.

But Andrew Crowner is far from judgmental. By the end of our interaction, he has me smitten by his easy manner and kind smile. And from the way his eyes linger on me before he leaves, I start to think that maybe I’ve caught his attention, too.

I let myself believe that luck may finally be on my side. That is, until I stumble on my roommate, and her overnight guest: Spencer Ashford.

Lean, tattooed, and sexy as sin, Spencer is exactly the type I need to avoid. I would have no trouble with that... were it not for his swift and inexplicable interest in me.

Suddenly, I go from a girl with next-to-no experience with boys to one caught in the crosshairs of two completely different men.

Andrew's interest is wholesome and sweet. Spencer's is edgy and raw. My choice should be easy. But there are always complications, and sometimes, matters of the heart take the least expected turns.

Never Let Go is about a simple girl who went to an all girls boarding school and has had slim to none exciting experiences. Imagine her situation when she finds herself attracted to not one, but two hot, yet very different boys in college! With a lively best friend, freedom of college life and two people who don't like each other fighting over her, and an adorable pet this story is one worth reading!

Paige isn't a very choosy or nagging girl. She takes every first experience the best way possible, even the crazy ones! Her heart is torn between two completely different men, but it can only choose one.

Andrew is a good guy. He's very safe and responsible. Spencer's the opposite. He's the walking, breathing one night stand who never uses one girl more than once. Trusting him is sure to get your heart broken.

But what happens when it's Paige who these incredible guys want to trust?

Find out while reading this beautiful, funny and interesting story and even better: a mild cliffhanger! There's a serious and life-changing question waiting to be popped, and not by whom you may think at first!

HASH(0xa23d6c24) out of 5 stars beautiful love story! Oct. 19 2013

AMAZING. I read tons of books and this is one of the best, most genuine love stories I have ever come across. It captures the feelings of a first love to perfection, and the journey Paige takes made me instantly connect with her as a reader. I was right there with her through the good and bad! The writing flows, and I'm so glad I found this author. I don't usually have time to leave reviews but this book NEEDED one it was so great. And, as an aside, I totally LOVED Pickles!! he was soo cute and adorable. I have never felt so attached to a character, I didn't want the story to end! A MUST read!

HASH(0xa23d6e70) out of 5 stars Never Let Go Oct. 24 2013
By Michelle@Book Briefs - Published on Amazon.com

At the start of this year, I was obsessed with New Adult contemporary romances, and then a few months ago I kind of started to get burned out on them. Lately, I have been loving my paranormals, but Never Let Go is such a great story, that it made me want to get back on a contemporary kick. I swear I can’t make up my mind. I love my contemps and my paranormals. Never Let Go is a great example of the new adult genre.

I will give this warning though- if you don’t like love triangles, this may not be the book for you. Paige, the main character of never let go, is totally torn between two guys. Sweet, responsible Andrew, and sexy and seemingly dangerous Spencer. I really liked Paige. I connected with her right away. She seems like such a buttoned up and straight laced girl, but she is really not afraid to speak her mind. She has spunk, and I love my main characters spunky with a side of sassy. She seems totally terrified of not only sex, but everything when it comes to guys. I mean, she was even nervous when Andrew or Spencer would touch her arm. It seemed a little extreme to me, but she never really had the opportunity to be around guys her own age. First with an all girls boarding school and then with taking care of her grandmother full time. I got her strange seclusion.

Andrew seems like such a nice, and overall good guy. And normally that is exactly who I go for. I love dependable and sweet and caring, but for some reason, Andrew never really did it for me. I liked him and I thought he was sweet and would be decent enough for Paige but the thought of them together never got me excited.

Spencer on the other hand, I could totally see with Paige. They pushed each others boundaries. They were exciting and challenging and I felt like Paige came to life around him. Plus, I just knew there was a sweet softie just waiting beneath the surface of Spencer.

Never Let Go is the first book in a series, which I didn’t know until the end of this book. And I have to say that I am super excited to read the next book! If you enjoy New Adult romances, Never Let Go is a must read. The writing is great and so descriptive and the characters rock, which is crucial for romance driven stories.

Amazing book by an amazing author. I read a lot. Several books a week and this is the best book I've read in months. Can't wait for the next one or any others by this author. HASH(0xa23da270) out of 5 stars What a New Adult book is supposed to be! Oct. 26 2013
By Sara at Judging Books By Their Covers - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition
Overall, I really liked this book. It has everything I look for in a New Adult book: humor, entertaining banter, a little mystery, real-life problems, hot guys, a likeable heroine and plenty of butterflies-in-your-tummy moments.

Storyline: Inexperienced (note I didn't say virgin for the virgin haters) girl goes to college and meets two sexy suitors.. one is the unattainable bad boy with a motorcycle and one is the forbidden boy-next-door-type. Both are immediately smitten with Paige (sounds a little cliche, but I promise it's NOT).

Writing: Nice flow/love the writing style

Characters: Authentic. The female heroine, Paige, is snarky and a little awkward (I was embarrassed for the poor girl sometimes lol). Some might find her a little annoying, but I was able to relate to her and liked her. Spencer and Andrew are both likeable and swoonworthy.

Romance: Love triangle/lots of chemistry/ NO insta-love. For those who hate cheating - no worries! I was torn for awhile because both guys were kind of great, but eventually one of these fellas won my heart and one definitely did not.

Dislikes: Pickles and the use of the nickname kitten. Sorry Pickles, I'm just not a cat person in any way, shape or form. The book jumped right into the love triangle.. I'm a little torn.. I'm not into boring fillers, but I think I would have liked to learn a little more about Paige first.

Stand alone/series/cliffhanger - This is book one of a series. A lot of people told me it ended in a cliffhanger.. it does not! I despise cliffhangers and I do not consider this book to end in one. There is an actual ending to this story.. it just leaves you a promise that we will be seeing more from these lovely characters in the future :)

Quote: "it was more like the first spark of a match, just before the flame catches, it was the bit of necessary friction that is impossible to quantify, but equally impossible to deny."

HASH(0xa23da63c) out of 5 stars enticing.. Oct. 18 2013

Paige is not your typical american girl. She has spent most of her life in an all girls boarding school before going to take care of her grandmother before she passes on. Arriving at her college dorm she meets Andrew who is preppy, funny, and a very sweet guy. Thinking Andrew is just the person she needs to help her start this new path in life makes her spirit soar. That is until she meets Spencer. Spencer the tattoo bad boy has a reputation of being the college stud. Jumping from one girl to the next no one has been able to tame him. Is Paige the one to do it? or Is safe, secure Andrew the one to stick with.

When I first started reading this book I thought ehh this storyline has been done over and over.. BUT after reading further in I found its NOT the same storyline ...Scarlett Edwards surprised me by taking some twists and turns I never saw coming. I fell in love with Paige and her insecurities. She captivated my heart in being torn between safe and what she felt was dangerous. My heart melted when songs were played. When love was formed my heart soared. My heart hurt when stories were shared. In the end did Paige pick the right person? I think so. But there is more to tell. More to this story. Their journey is not over yet. I give this book 4 stars. I look forward to reading book 2 and finding out what is next for Paige.. where will love take her next.
