NEW WEST CUISINE captures regional traditions from some fifteen Rocky Mountain restaurants, from mountain resorts to mom-and-pop small establishments, and pairs these with memories of foods and cuisine from the Rocky Mountain area. HASH(0x9ed33f60) out of 5 stars Tribute to some unique restaurants in a beautiful part of our country Feb. 21 2013

My grandmother owned the first restaurant in this book for 30 years. She was a very unique, fun person who loved to cook. The restaurant is a rustic but beautiful log cabin. The book captured her spirit and the photographs are gorgeous. This book is such a treasure for me and my family. I think anyone who has traveled to the northwest will love this book.
