Have made most of the recipes from this book. Have also had very successful dinner parties and gotten rave reviews from guests. Very easy to follow and nothing complicated at all. If you want to dazzle your guests with an exotic cuisine, this book is for you. I have most of her books and they are all along the same lines. Most the e-books focus on different parts of the world. Also, the tips given along with the recipes are great and makes it easier.

Moroccan Cuisine is the second book I’ve attempted by Niloufer Mavalvala after being so impressed by another of her titles, Persian Fusion. The recipes in here are just as impressive and so much easier to get the outstanding results that even a relative novice like me can achieve than I would have believed possible. The synopsis of the book mentions delicate flavors which is a great point as the end results, when done right are more of an art form than a mere meal. Easy to follow steps that male a really exciting alternative to mealtimes and the book is a bargain at this price.

Moroccan Cuisine is a refreshing change to the tried-and-tested cook books I’ve been used to, and own culinary development has improved dramatically because of it. A relatively short book but still a great mix of things to try and in steps that are simple and straight-forward to follow irrespective of your ability level. I say this with confidence as my own talents are limited at best and I had no trouble with this at all. So far I’ve been very impressed with what I’ve managed and am now working my way through all of the rest one by one. I can see myself buying the whole series of books by Mavalvala and meal times will never be a chore again.
