Product Description

After seven years as a Mortgage Broker, I had finally had enough of watching the Average Joe forced to pay thousands more in excess rates and fees, all because no one had taught them the rules of credit. These good, hardworking people were paying their bills ontime, but like most North American’s, had no idea there were 8 other rules to this credit game that no one had ever explained. I needed to do something about it. What do you do when you’re declined for financing, or are a victim of fraud and credit errors? What do you do when you have no credit, or are trying to repair damaged credit? Where do North Americains find answers to these questions? Millions of us have nowhere to turn for help. Professionals in the financial industry often don’t have the time, the incentive, or even the knowledge to help. That's why I wrote The Nine Rules of Credit – How to Start, Rebuild, and Always Maintain Great Credit. It is a combination of insider secrets, money saving tips, and how to reverse engineer the credit scoring model to your advantage. Written so the Average Joe can easily apply all 9 rules of credit, and play the game to win!

Are you asking, “How do I repair my bad credit?” I was. Having been through a divorce and a subsequent bankruptcy it was safe to say that I had bad credit and that I needed to repair it. My trustee, the banks, and others in the financing industry told me that I needed to fix my credit but no one told me how. Credit repair companies wanted to charge me $600 or more just to help. Luckily, a friend recommended this book, The Nine Rules of Credit. Not only did I learn the insider secrets on how to repair my credit, it was presented in a simple and entertaining way that I could actually understand. Now, my credit score is on the rise and I know exactly what to do to always qualify for the lowest interest rates. I not only recommend this book to those who have bad credit but to everyone so that they can avoid common mistakes made by the Average Joe.

My husband and I happened to hear the tail end of an interview on Global News with Richard Moxley. I was intrigued by a couple of things I heard, so I ordered the book and have just finished reading it. My husband and I are in our late 40's and have what we consider to be good credit. I thought we were pretty well informed so I was astonished with how much I learned from this book! I will be referring back to the book constantly, marking pages and highlighting things. I just bought 2 more copies for my adult children for Christmas! I wish I had this information years ago!

This book is absolutely incredible and we should be obligated to read through it on a regular basis. I wish it was available 15 years ago. It would have saved me thousands of dollars. Being a Finance manager at a car dealership I see people every single day that have no clue and it's not their fault. The only thing we are ever taught is to pay our bills on time, but there's so much more. I think I'm going to get copies to hand out to all my clients. Once my kids are old enough we will study this more than they study for school. Hahaha

My wife and I were as about excited as anyone would be in reading a books about credit repair/building (not very). I read first and while reading I would stop and say to her "You HAVE to read this!" Then she did and would say "I know you just read this but did you about this before?!" We're both college educated and felt we knew what we were doing with our credit - we were wrong. And unless you KNOW what the nine rules of credit are too, like us you too might be wrong. It's a short, easy and informative must read.

I got out of high school and was immediately hit with credit card offers and stuff to buy. I wish I had this book back then, maybe I wouldn't have had so many struggles. I know lots of young families that are in real trouble because they don't understand the intricacies of credit. I would recommend this book to every high school graduate who wants to buy a car, house or anything else that he or she wants to get.

An easy read, not overwhelming and contains information that will help anyone needing guidance about credit. All of our five adult kids (ages 22-26) are getting a copy in their Christmas stockings. Heartily recommend this book.
