HASH(0x9a0b6954) out of 5 stars inside the mind of the average housewife April 27 2008
By Amazon Customer - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
I found this book to be delightful. I laughed out loud on the first page, and on many others as I followed the escapades of the heroine. Ms. Hamlin has captured the somewhat mixed up emotions of the average housewife. Humor in the book makes for a great escape and will appeal to ordinary women who juggle responsibilities and find themselves at the mercy of ridiculously hum drum circumstances at times. I was pleased that there was ultimately faithfulness in the character's marriage. The ending is sure to give you a surprise.

HASH(0x9a0b69a8) out of 5 stars A light hearted story that many women will relate to July 9 2008
By Midwest Book Review - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
Life as a housewife, while not an entirely easy job, can become quite boring. "The Ninja Housewife" is the story of Sara Forbes and her tedious life. With no outlet for her creativity, she creates Sienna, a fictional alter ego. When her boss comes and begins to tempt her fashions, she has to resist his advances, lest her fantasy become reality - which would destroy the reality. "The Ninja Housewife" is a light hearted story that many women will relate to, highly recommended for community library fiction collections.

HASH(0x9a0b6de0) out of 5 stars Ninja Housewife... April 8 2008
By Michelle Polk - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
A very witty and hilarious book. Ms Hamlin nails the life of a married housewife! One woman's desire to get out of the dull everyday ordinary and pursue the excitment of working as an undercover agent. The interesting twist at the end makes it worth every word!
HASH(0x9a0b81bc) out of 5 stars "The Ninja Housewife" - loved it. June 1 2009
By Mr. Robert F. Johnson - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
I thoroughly enjoyed reading "The Ninja Housewife." I laughed out loud. I felt I really got to know the characters so well. Ms. Hamlin's switching between the Housewife and the Beautiful Ninja she daydreamed about was so clever. It was interesting and reading it seemed to go quickly. The relationship between Sara Forbes and Timothy Gates was so interesting and they had such a good employer / employee relationship. They truly cared for each other and all the problems and developments in each other's lives. I knew the book had a surprise ending, but I never came close to guessing what it would be. ***** Five Stars for this one. :)
