There were a few good ideas that I'd never thought of, but most of it was common sense to me. I also found that a lot of the instruction was a bit vague as she was trying to make it suitable for every single different type of parenting style. I would have found it more helpful if she stuck to exactly what she did. Although for the most part, it was pretty obvious which styles she preferred.
I would recommend this book though. It is a good base guide and I like the quizzes.
But I think the most important thing this book teaches me is patient.
