These are sturdy, sharp well-made scissors. But they are not as advertised in the Amazon description “For easy cleaning, simply separate the blades. Stainless steel. Dishwasher safe.”. As I learned upon their arrival in our kitchen, it clearly stated on the packaging “Do not clean in dishwasher or allow to soak.”

This is exactly what I expect for a pair of kitchen shears from OXO:
Pros:
- Good at cutting stuff: and it definitely has that "good grip". I've tried cutting meat and plastic with grease on it, and it works great without any slipping.
- Ergonomic: it's handles have that cushion design for easy of use. Unlike some other kitchen shears I've used, this one is super easy to have shears wide open, while still maintaining a good handling.
- Easy to clean: it can be easily disassembled, and it is dishwasher-safe.

Con(s):
- Some might find this shears' handles a bit small, I am 180cm with normal size hands and I wish its handles are just slightly larger. But rest assure this does not affect any of its use.

I would highly recommend this pair of kitchen shears.
