Works but is very expensive

As an adult with ADD accompanied with occasional depression, chronic fatigue and joint pain, I find this product to be very helpful with all my symptoms. My mental clarity is so much better after taking it, I wake up feeling rested and the joint inflammation is virtually nonexistent. The only reason I'm giving this product a 4 star is that I find it very difficult to manage the price for such a small bottle. The taste if added to juice isn't too bad... I describe it as tasting like 'the sea', but not fishy.
If you can afford to commit to buying this regularly, I definitely recommend it.

I have read a lot on Phytoplankton in the past few weeks. A co worker of mine has been using this product for some time and turned me to it. I am a very informed shopper, I read reviews and research everything I plan to buy. I also workout 6 times a week, box and grapple twice a week as well. I only buy things that will benefit my health, especially after having a young daughter! ( need to stick around for a long time ) This product combined with good nutrition , exercise and avoidance of alcohol and cigarettes with help you achieve your best you! I personally am taking it for the Cell repairing aspect and allergy reduction benefits. There is no sure way to tell you how this product will change you, but you know your body and you know when things work and when they don't. Phytoplankton works because my body is responding well to it. If you care about yourself and want to live a healthy life , every dollar you spend on health supplementing is a big bonus! I highly recommend Oceans Alive Marine Phytoplankton, its no miracle supplement but combined with good habits you will notice an overall improvement in health and well being.
