Odd finds himself sidetracked into a small family owned motel, gas station diner combo. Where Odd learns the residents of the community have a very dark secret and he believes he was drawn there to help them.
Odd Interlude is filled with drama, suspense more twists and turns that you can count on one hand and there are a lot of very unpredictable moments. The characters are likeable and sympathetic and there is plenty of humor throughout.
My only complaint is that I would have liked to see a more robust story. This is a novel written in a short story format which means that neither the plot nor characters get developed in any depth which left me wanting for a little more umph. A good book all the same give it a read!!
