A wonderful book offering traditional New England recipes . The best part is that the book is done seasonally. Now, in looking through the book to give a proper review I found for early Fall...cranberry shortcake; cranberry pie; pumpkin chiffon pie; Boston black bean soup; Boston brown bread...and this is just a few. Each season has an introduction...Early Fall; Fall; Early Winter, etc.

I can't say enough good things about this book.
