HASH(0xa71fd468) out of 5 stars Elegant, simple and tasty recipes June 7 2005
By C. Spencer - Published on
Format: Paperback
This book is full of great recipes. I have used at least 30 of the recipes and their variations. One of the best things about this book is that is almost always gives you additional ways to make the recipe. For example, if you've made the plum torte, but want to try it with apples, you can, because they give directions for using apples at the end of the recipe. I found this to be extremely useful.
