I would reccomend this book to all who have an interest in their past.
There is nothing I don't like about it and everything I do love about it.
Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is interested in capturing their life from childhood to present and recording it for your own purpose as well as passing it onto your children and grandchildren. There are a lot of things in this book that I wish I knew about my parents and would have liked to have had this book when they were alive so I could ask them. Gives a real insight to who you are and where you came from.
A great project to work on throughout the months and years.
