This book had such a significant impact on me upon my first reading that I subsequently bought 5 copies to give away. It's a life altering read, and I don't say that lightly. If you are feeling a bit lost in your life or if you are prone to negative, fearful thinking, this book will give you a wake up call and then some. All I can say is wow.
Read it and discover why his family was terrified of what educators and religionists would do when this was published.
Four stars only because of the garbage Sharon L added. Ignore her by skipping over her additions, and fully enjoy the book.
I wonder what she left out.
