Tried asking them a quick question in email, then they redirected me to call somewhere instead of a quick reply. It isn't showing up on my PC so I was curious what I was missing (asked if I needed to install a driver, or if it should automatically be added to the PC after installing the RAM).
Either way, I'm just going to return it. It's a good price, but I'm not willing to jump through these hoops and get redirected 20 different times just for a answer to a simple question.
