5.0 out of 5 stars Don't judge a book by it's cover... June 9 2009
By Valerie A. Meyers - Published on
Format: Paperback Verified Purchase fact, don't judge a book by it's contents! I purchased this book to use the recipes, and my family says I produced the best pea soup they've ever had.
Now as far as cookbooks go, THAT'S what you should judge a book by: the results. In a word, "Yum"!

More than restaurant recipes, this is a history book. Photos of the Andersen Family and their establishments through the years.
