Fantastic book - you don't have to be a competitive athlete to enjoy and use this book. The recipes are easy to make using readily available ingredients. The hasselback sweet potatoes are a family favorite already.

This book is AWESOME!! It's already worn in and covered in food stains and I've only had it a week. There are so many easy and delicious recipes to choose from and some of my personal favourites are the double-stuffed sweet potatoes, salmon cakes, blackened fish tacos and roasted carrot and butternut squash soup. I love the way it's tailored to an athlete's needs by including lots of carb-dense and pre and post workout recipes...but you don't need to be an athlete to love this book. I have A LOT of paleo recipe books and I can honestly say this is one of my favourites that I'll be coming back to over and over.
