Features:

Free for Life - Never pay your cable or satellite fee for television again! You can get all local channels crystal clear and free! The PrimeCables antenna can pull in all of your local news, sitcoms, kids, and sports programs. Just connect the antenna to your TV using a coaxial cable, perform a channel scan, and in minutes you'll be enjoying your free local programs.

The Best Picture and Sound Quality - You can now experience HDTV in the highest quality picture and sound available. Over-the-air broadcasts are transmitted in uncompressed full HD (1080P), Ultra HD (4K), and 3D channels; far surpassing what cable and satellite can offer. Many local broadcasts are digitally aired in Dolby 5.1 Surround Sound giving you the ultimate sound stage for watching live television.

Receive Free Local HDTV, VHF, and UHF Signals - Optimized for a 1080P digital reception; the antenna allows you to pick up free local VHF and UHF high-definition and standard definition signals. The cross-phase and the multi-element design is built with superior construction to withstand tough outdoor weather conditions. Maximal Range: 65 Miles.

Installation

A. Unfold the VHF elements on the upper reflector (at the top side) until they’re locked tight in the plastic support.

B. Joint the two reflectors with the metal clamps, screws & wingnuts.

C. Unfold the element carrier and then tighten the wingnut in the middle.

D. Attach the element carrier to the reflector by using the plastic jointing parts.

E. Use the coaxial cable to connect the F connector from the UHF dipole to the F connector marked “VHF IN” in the middle of the element carrier. Tighten the connectors and use the plastic covers to protect the connectors.

F. Mount the antenna to a pole as high as possible. Connect the coaxial cable from TV to the F connector marked “TO TV” in the middle of the element carrier. Turn the antenna towards the TV tower for the best reception.

Many factors can affect the strength of the TV signals you receive and thus the antenna you buy. Two of the most important considerations to take into account when choosing an antenna is your distance from the transmitter and the type of terrain between you and the transmitter.

It seems reasonable that the farther a signal travels, the weaker it will be received. Also, if you are located in a valley or behind hills, it may be necessary for larger antennas or outside directional antennas. As a rule of thumb, the further you are from the transmission source, the larger your antenna needs to be, and outdoor antennas get better reception than indoor antennas.

Brings in the CBC
Replaced a little wall sticky antenna with this one, and what do you know, it works. There's only a couple channels to be had OTA here. Being in a bit of a dip, CBC is pretty weak and wasn't being picked up. I stuck this on the end of a long length of coax and walked around the house. I was able to get an OK signal against an upper floor wall, but being quite large and unsightly, it wasn't a good spot for permanent use. Unexpectedly though, while climbing it up to the attic, got a very good signal just shy of the attic hatch. So, here we go, mounted in the corner of an interior closet, CBC comes in strong and stable through the upper dipole for some reason and it works. The antenna is light enough to hang off a couple hooks and was quite affordable. No complaints at all, at least for interior mounting.

This is much bigger and better antenna. Fairly easy to set up, I currently have it indoor against a wall facing south; about 30km north of CN Tower.
This antenna seems to be bigger than the measurement, but I did not care enough to measure it because it works great.
I get back all the channels that I lost when I switched from RCA (22 stable channels) to a light duty one (13 stable channels) claims to be up to 50 miles. Now with this 65 miles range, I get 31 channels with the little amp from the last light duty indoor antenna; did lose 3 analog US channels later in the evening. I also tested it without the little amp, did not seem to be impacted much.... Perhaps, the amp will help more on a bad day, but I cannot tell the difference otherwise.
This is a keeper and for the price - it certainly has best reception and cost per channel (less than $1.2 per channel)

Overall a good antenna for the price. The two things that I didn't like were; 1) the instructions, if the pictures are so small that they can't be used then make the written section more specific. A parts list is a great thing to include as well, I think mine was missing a couple of washers as the parts bag was ripped.2) The vinyl weather proof boots included for the coax connections should be more flexible, I had to use pliers to stretch mine.
The stuff I did like were; I am 40 miles from the broadcast station's antenna and this could pick up all the available channels from inside my house through my picture window, 8 total.I may not mount mine outside until the springtime.

Antenna works awesome, we get all the channels available crystal clear for the price of an indoor flat panel HDTV antenna.
We just used an old satellite tv pole on the roof, pointed it to the tv transmission tower 15 miles away and presto free HDTV.

Update: Have had this for over 3 years now. I have had no problems with it. I have connected it to a distribution amplifier and have three TVs connected to it along with a HDHomerun Connect. I used my old cable wiring in my home to each TV. No More Cable payments, Antenna has paid for itself many times over now! An added plus was the many FM radio stations when I connected to my Stereo amplifier with a splitter.

I am located in the SW corner of London Ontario, in an area that is about 890' (271 metres) above sea level, nearly the highest location in my area (similar height to most of the TV transmission towers) & the terrain is relatively flat. I have the PrimeCables antenna mounted above the chimney outside at a height of 24' above ground with a clear line of sight to all transmitter directions. On a clear day I am able to get 7 channels with excellent reception, which are channels 10, 14, 18, 20, 51, 69 (same as 48) & either channel 29 (45.1 miles to my west) if antenna is pointed west, or ch 31 (29.4 miles to my east) if antenna is pointed east, but not both at the same time. The antenna is directional (60° horizontal view, but does pick up a much weaker amount from all other directions), all of these channels are either more or less lined up to the east or west of London so I have the antenna aimed to the west for now, but have tried several positions.

If the antenna is aimed east I am also able to receive a weak unwatchable signal for ch 17 repeater which is a very strong 165 kW transmitter 49.9 miles to the east of me (south of Kitchener/Waterloo) but might have terrain issues, the signal is not strong enough to watch or for the tuner to recognize it as a station worth watching. Channel 13 Kitchener is 47.3 miles to the east of me & even when I aim the antenna directly at it (using Google Earth as an aiming guide), I do not get a measurable signal. Based on the tvfool web site where you can get custom TV reception expectations for your location & the ad for this antenna, I DID expect to be able to receive this CH 13 station BUT it's only 12 kW transmission power (apparently good enough for local Kitchener area only) & there are likely terrain issues between there & here, so I won't count that as a receivable channel (not the fault of this antenna). The best distance this advertised 65 miles antenna can do in my area of London & height is 45.1 miles (Ch 29) which is an extremely strong transmitter of 184 kW, even then the antenna has to be aimed Directly at the transmitter to get a solid picture, so clearly the greater the distance the more directional this antenna becomes. The antenna is far better than a cheaper antenna that I tried, but not sufficient for getting everything available in both directions in London Ontario (only gets 7 out of 9 possible channels) withing a reasonable distance & transmission strength.

I can understand why this antenna doesn't ship with a big heavy 10' mounting pole (which you can easily pick up at any hardware store), but it should ship with brackets to mount the pole to a wall or chimney, or provide a cheap option at extra cost of buying a set of brackets like the one in this Amazon link, because it is impossible to find mounting brackets in any of the major hardware stores, which is very frustrating https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B002SAOHH2/ref=ox_sc_sfl_title_3?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3DWYIK6Y9EEQB

I would have preferred that the black plastic pieces on this antenna be medium to light grey so the antenna doesn't stick out as an eye sore, the more it blends in with the sky colour the better from a visual point of view.

Did not work at all. A cheaper item that attached to the window and cost much less worked better.
