It's basically just The Lake only this time it takes place on the ocean. Dunno why he didn't just call it "The Ocean". Heck I don't see why he bothered calling it The Prometheus Project. I don't see what this book has to do with greek mythology. And the book itself? Boring. Heck most every death in this book happens while away from the main character. You don't even see it happen. its basically "oh by the way guess whose dead". Aside from having the same plot in a different local that The Lake had theres another problem. Its in first person. Which is another thing Largent isn't good at. So tons of things happen away from the main character. He just finds out later. So in conclusion. Stay away form The Lake, stay away from Prometheus Project. Stay away from Largent. The only reason I gave this book a 2 is because the only thing I give a 1 too is something I can't finish. And this I somehow got through.
