So having owned this TV for almost a week, I have only a few issues about this TV.

-Significant Input lag
If you were expecting to be able to play competitive games (in my case, I wanted to play CSGO ... I was able to on my 42" Sony previously), you should probably look for another TV. Single player games should be ok. Mind you my expectations in this regard maybe a bit high. It's fine for video playback.

-No HDMI-CEC (or partial implementation of it)
I have a Chromecast and with my old Sony 42" LCD, it'd automatically turn on the TV and switch to the source to the Chromecast when I started casting. Also identifies the connected device as "Chromecast". The ProScan does none of that. If it could support it, you could use the TV remote to control the chromecast playback.

Edit: tried DH's suggestion to try the HDMI/MHL port. Sadly still the same result. There is probably a partial implementation as it can recognize the Roku vs HDMI 3/MHL when I have another device in the same port.

-CC text is really big

-Only one HDMI 2.0 port and one of the other 3 HDMI port is a HDMI/MHL enabled port

-Remote feels a bit cheap and uses 2x AAA
But it works

Some other notes:
When I first plugged this TV into my PC, I was a little disappointed that I was only able to get 4k @ 30Hz. After some more research, I realized that the problem was my video card (R9 285) while capable of 4k @ 60Hz, the HDMI port is a v1.4 type which is limited to only 30Hz.

The picture on this set is amazing it is clear and bright and actually took some getting used to. When I read the reviews before purchase there was some discussion about the audio quality, I wasn't overly concerned (this is a common issue with flat screens) and had previously purchased a sound bar/sub woofer system for my (now replaced) 46" flat screen. Be assured the optical audio output from this set to the sound bar/ sub is OUTSTANDING!!!

Great TV, Great Price....extremely pleased with this purchase!!!

P.S. delivery promised by Amazon Canada in 3 days, I live in rural, rural (out there) Western Canada...arrived intact and on time. Many thanks for your awesome service!!

Everything was as advertised...the colour and clarity are very impressive. I'm quite satisfied with it...and the price was unbeatable. Other comparable TV's (including well recognized brand names) were no better in quality...but twice as expensive. So yeah...I am pretty happy with it...and it was delivered in a very timely fashion. Good all around experience with this purchase.

I read the reviews before purchasing this TV. People have consistently said the sound quality was poor. I thought, people are probably exaggerating or picky, but nonetheless I purchased it knowing that the sound would likely be bad.

When I received it and got it set up, the sound was indeed as poor as everyone said. BUT, given that I expected this, I simply went out a purchased a lower end sound bar and everything is now perfect.

Everything else on the TV is great. The built in Roku system is good (although I don't use it much given I have an apple TV). Love all the HDMI inputs etc.

TLDR, Great TV, good price point, poor sound. Buy a sound bar/system and you'll be happy

The only thing I really don't like is the fact that it just seems impossible to find the correct TV remote codes that will allow me to program a Vidéotron Illico remote to control this TV. Even the codes provided by the company distributing the TV in Canada don't work...

One more thing: the Roku stick that came with the TV is slow as hell and the Netflix app doesn't allow you to switch between user accounts.

The TV in itself is pretty good and at the price I paid (599 $ + taxes on Amazon PrimeDay), it was a knowbrainer. I have 2 dead pixels but won't bother trying to get a replacement.

It's OK, the audio is horrible as everyone has mentioned. The sound is tinny, but getting a sound-bar will elevate that. The price for a LED can't be beat as I got it on Amazon Day. At regular price though, I wouldn't purchase it.

Also one other item that bugs me is the TV is not in any of the cable box pre-programmed controls. I would like to simplify my controls that one converter can be used, but this does not give that option. Another user has the same problem as it seems the frequencies are not standardized or something...

Mixed feelings on the tv. First of all it's labeled as a 4k tv. The only issue is the max output is only 1080p which is scaled to 4k so you'll never be able to view true 4k video only 1080p upscaled. That was a big downer. 2nd is the audio, it sounds like a laptop. Nothing a sound bar couldn't fix. The picture IS really really good for the price. Colours are rich. And the price of the tv is similar to some 1080p TVs so I can't complain to much.
