Great belt for powerlifting - same thing as the much more expensive SBD or Inzer

I was previously using a velcro-based beltA a friend at the gym quickly convinced me to upgrade to a thick leather belt.
Having a set buckle was very important.
Rather than spending $150-$250 for an SBD or Inzer, I found this one for $65. Knowing that I could return it if the item wasn't satisfactory, I quickly ordered it (received it only about 12 hours later - Amazon Prime is amazing!).
I have now been using the belt for a few weeks and have noted that it is fantastic. The buckle and leather are great quality and the thickness is just right for powerlifting.

I am 5"10, 180lb with a 32" waist and found the medium to be perfect. I currently use it right in the middle setting, but there is a lot of adjustability for each size.

I got this belt to ease back into squating and deadlifting after putting my back out deadlifting almost a year ago. For that it definitely gives support and reassurance that I won't put my back out too easily if it happens again. What I wasn't expecting was how much weight it allows me to squat. From the very first wearing I exceeding my previous personal best by almost 80 lbs! For my regular sets and reps I'm now squatting significantly more weight than I used to be able to do without belt and I can definitely tell my legs are getting bigger after using this belt with my squats for the last five weeks.

I ordered mine in black and it came with a black lever-lock.

Very highly recommended. Belt does exactly as advertised and going up weight is a bonus I wasn't expecting. I put in a lot of effort and eating to go up-weight and add muscle to my body so to get this performance boost for what this belt costs is an absolute bargain. Although I've only had it for about 5 weeks now and I can't make any statements on long term durability, from my experience so far I can say get it, you won't be disappointed.

Inzer Belt alternative - and it's great!!!!

This is similar to the Inzer belt, which is one of the best out there. Only had it about 2 weeks and so far it works really well. The clip is very solid and doesn't come undone. The material grips your shirt so it doesn't shift around. The buckle makes it harder to get dialed in for your size, but once you get it setup you will never have to change it. Makes putting it on and off really easy. I didn't get any bruising, but that is something which happens with these sometimes. The material is very firm and should hold up for year of abuse. It does take some time to wear in the holes so just be ready to struggle with it the first few weeks until they break in. I got the black one in medium. I am normal build with a 34 waist (sometimes 33). I had to move it so there is 3 holes left on the buckle to fit tight enough. Could do one tighter but then I find it really hard to clip it in. Was considering a large but glad I went with medium as that is big enough and there is room in case I put on more weight (not the plan). For the price well worth it! Should last a long time.

I never used a weightlifting belt before. I decided to give this a try and I must say it is exceptional. The build quality is top notch. The belt is nice and thick and not too stiff but stiff enough to hold your core nice and tight. The clasp/buckle is stupid easy to use while training and the quick release is a must. I feel sorry for anyone using a normal style buckle. As expected my lifts have increased and it's directly related to this belt. It just gives you so much more confidence when you're lifting. Of course I only use this during compound movements (deads, squats, rows, etc). Pls don't be that guy who's wearing a belt while doing bicep curls lol.

In short...this belt is amazing. The price is stupid good. It's Prime shipping so it's a no brainer. Buy this and never look back.

I was pretty pumped when I first ordered the belt on Dec 26, 2017 and loved it for the first few months. Early on the pins started slipping out... admittedly I should have contacted RDX when this started but I didn't. Recently contacted them about the pins falling out (resulting in me losing them in my gym bag), but they seem content on their product only lasting 6-7 months.

It's a shame. If you're looking for a decent belt, this isn't a bad one. If you're looking for a belt to last you a year or so, look elsewhere.

Without my contacting the seller, they noticed my negative comments regarding the lever construction and offered a replacement. The replacement was the same lever type, but did not have the defect. I can safely say I have no issues with choosing this belt/seller and completely recommend. /end edit

I love my belt. I love the lever lock. (*see exception below)
Snap the lever, boom, tight, do your set... snap it open, rest, repeat.

Regarding the screw issue noted by some reviewers; Yes, the screws may be weak, but the screws don't need to be super, super tight. I probably tightened mine more than necessary when adjusting the fit and they held fine. I see the screws as a non issue if you use the right size screw driver and don't over tighten

Regarding the weak buckle lever; Yes, the design execution is poor and has a potential failure point in its hinge that makes the rest of the robust size somewhat for show only. Mine works fine currently, but there is already a crack and I don't know how long it will last, and I wouldn't be overly surprised if some belt buckles (mine included) break for no good reason.

I entered manhood the first time I bench pressed 2 plates but this belt really propulsed me to beasthood! Great quality, great support, gives a lot of confidence for those big lifts. Its like you're entitled to be grunting loudly when you are wearing this belt. Would buy again but probably won't have to as it looks like its going to last a lifetime.
