I bought this to heat and massage my eyeballs. Heat works fine. Massage won't stay on my eyeballs -- it moves around from temple to eyeballs, in and out, back and forth in a pre-programmed pattern. I wish it would just leave it on my eyeballs and massage. I don't think I could fall asleep with the massager moving around on my face back and forth, and my eyes remaining unmassaged about half the time. :)

But when it IS on my eyeballs, man, it feels great!

I will probably use it just for heat, since I find the massager movement distracting. The heat works very well and the pad touches my eyeballs, so it does heat my eyelids properly as my optometrist prescribed.

Also: there is no bass response in the little speakers, so don't expect decent bluetooth sound. A friend found the canned music relaxing, but it did nothing for me and I turned the volume down to zero.

Recommended if you don't mind the massager moving around your face and leaving your eyeballs unfulfilled most of the time. :)

I've had this mask for a few months now, I use it almost every night. It took a couple nights to get used to wearing something on my face at night, but now I look forward to it.
It has moving parts, so it does produce noise - but its more of a white noise. I don't find it disturbing.
The biggest con for me was the smell when its brand new. It gave off a strong plastic smell for a few weeks, but that seems to be getting better now (or I'm used to it).
Another con was the "music"... sounds like a baby mobile - not relaxing.
I love the heat and massage, and like I said, I've come to look forward to using it at bed time.
Used in combination with my eye drops, I think its helping my dry eyes.

Very nice. Fits comfortably and easily adjusted to size or comfort. Use several times before needing recharging. It has the options of using or not of music, as well as adjust the sound level. Massage pressure has two levels and Heat is very soothing. Very nice to use at bedtime to help relax you before drifting off to sleep. I have even fallen asleep while using it. I tried another brand and it was very uncomfortable. This one checks all the boxes for me. Value, comfort relaxing

I bought this product to help with my cluster headaches. I get them after working in front of my Computer monitor for too long. It’s a novel idea, and works, but there are issues with it. I find the little motor that operates the massage function too loud. It’s constant, so it’s hard to ignore. The sound feature is fine, and you can opt to listen to your own music with the mask’s Bluetooth connection, which is a nice feature. You can have a temple and eye area massage with normal or strong pressure, a vibration feature and heat or no heat. All work separately and altogether as well. I like the massage at strong pressure, but it does not hold the pressure for long enough. The heat is nice, but I wish it could be just a touch lower in temp, finally I don’t enjoy the vibration feature at all. It’s a bit loud and weird. Altogether it’s kind of fun, and I use it when I have a headache or sinus pain, but it is a touch gimmicky, and could use some tweaks to improve the experience. I would not recommend for serious treatment or relief, but it does feel good and helps in a pinch when you have a headache.

I've never had a device like this before. Not sure of the long-term benefits, but after a few uses it does feel nice afterwards and is relaxing. Works with fairly strong pressure and heat but I had to use my hands sometimes to keep the visor in the right position as it squeezes. Can't really hurt to try this item.
