Simple ingredients you have at home and SIMPLE, REAL EASY to make recipes (AND they're delicious).
Every recipe has it's picture (they all look amazing), and all very well explained.
Calls for dehydrator at times, but if you don't have one, you can do without since the big majority of these recipes call only for a food processor / blender.
ALSO, very entertaining book to read.
Highly recommend for newly raw as well!!!
-Uncomplicated recipes - creative
-Majority do NOT require a dehydrator (which I currently do not have)
-Super excellent photos...makes you want to try them all!
-Would make a great little gift for someone -
The only draw back (for me personally) is that it doesn't include nutritional macros...
Not that this book is advocating this - but I know of some other 'raw' books that do and
I find them helpful to my situation.
fun to shock people by saying it's not cooked. Tried the carrot cake and it is so good. And many others. Highly recommend it.
