It's OK but I had another product before this that had 2 settings of power to use. Plus I find it a bit noisy too. It's smaller than my last one. That I like better.

But because your item had such a high rating and it was slightly cheaper than it, I thought you know what. Let's give it a go. So far we're happy. It does a great job. We'll see how many years we get out of this one.

Ordered Jan 3, 2023 and recieved it on Jan 6, 2023. Absolutely an awesome little unit. Works very well until it doesn't :( It is Mar 16, 2023 today and the unit will no longer turn on. I believe the motor gave up as it was losing power yesterday but I did not think much of it at the time. Gave it a full charge after use and put it away. Grabbed it today and it will no longer turn on. Tried multiple power outlets but no change. When plugged in the red battery indicator stays lit for about 30 seconds and goes green indicating a full charge but again the unit will not spin up. Contacted Amazon customer support and was directed to the seller to see if warranty may be an option. Will update review after I have been contacted by Own Harmony. Would love to turn this around and provide the 5 stars if reliability doesn't continue to be an issue with these.
***Update: Own Harmony returned contact and requested failure details and product photos. I was ensured the issue is rare and now have a warranty replacement headed my way. Nice to see that they passionately back their product!
