5.0 out of 5 stars Our Son Loves This Book!! Sept. 13 2011
By K. Kouatly - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Hardcover Verified Purchase
My son received this book for his second birthday. We have been reading it for several years now and he loves it. Unfortunately he was a little rough on it and we had to tape several pages and try to tape the cover back on. Since my son loves this book so much, my husband and I decided to get him a new one. We were able to find one on Amazon in very good condition for a fraction of the cost of a new book. The book contains 12 Richard Scarry stories including Mother Cat's Busy Day, Father Cat's Busy Day, Miss. Honey's School Bus and many more. My son is almost six years old now and still request this book at least once a week. He loves the stories and enjoys picking out which one to read. Highly recommend.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good collection...but a weird printing error Sept. 6 2009
By El Golfo - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Hardcover
This book is a great collection of "busy day" stories involving Richard Scarry characters. The book has 12 stories. You will enjoy reading this to a young one since the stories are not too long and are entertaining (lots of variety). My only issue is that the book's publisher didn't realize that the numbers printed on the pages don't match the listings in the table of contents.

5.0 out of 5 stars My Son's All-time Favorite. Feb. 25 2015

I ordered more than 10 books by Richard Scarry for my two-year old son and this giant story book is one of his all-time favorite. He loves the pictures and reads through it every day since he had this book. He learns a lot from it and has a lot of fun from reading it. And I am sure he will continue to learn and have fun from reading this book in the next couple of years. A Good buy.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great Book for Richard Scarry Fans Feb. 4 2013

My brother and I grew up loving Richard Scarry books and now my 5 year old son has developed a love for them as well. Unfortunately, our local library has very few to choose from. I found this treasury to be a wonderful bargain and a great way to build up our own personal Richard Scarry library at home.
