Product Description

Review

"Rosehips on a Kitchen Table is small in size, but big on great recipes and information...shares delightful recipes using food sourced from the wild. â?¿turn to this book to find recipes using foods like Rocket, Sorrel, Nettle, Chard and more. There is even a chapter for more traditional foods like berries, beans, root vegetables, tomatoes and more." - Just Short of Crazy

"a short but colorful read with many beautiful photos. The hardcover makes it durable for your kitchen recipe book collection or for use as a springtime coffee table book." - Holly Hammersmith

My interest is rosehips. The title seemed promissing but the section on rosehips is only several pages. The rest is OK
