The book has no page numbers but is divided sequentially by model. Each model has a one page biography (but closer to one paragraph after considering the translation into three languages on the page). An average of 10 photographs are dedicated to each model. Every photograph in the book is presented on a full page. The photographs are not printed to the edge of the page. The cover image is slightly smaller than the photographs inside the book, but the presentation is similar.
The girls are all very beautiful. The use of make-up and props are minimum, relying more on youth to deliver the charm. All photographs are shot outdoors. Most of the shots are of the models standing, with the the frame usually ending at the thighs. While there are a few photos that include the entire body of the model in the frame, most do not.
The hardback outside board of this book is printed with the same design as the jacket cover. The paper glued to the book boards is very thin and can easily get bumped and dented from normal shelf wear. The paper inside the book , however, is very heavy stock. Ripping or tearing one of the inside pages will probably never happen during normal use. The paper holds the ink vibrantly and even when holding it up to a bright light, one cannot see through it. The dust jacket, on the other hand, is very thin paper and will rip easily from normal use. A dust jacket protector would be useful for this book.
Alex Truew, born 1968, is credited for all the work contained within this album. He is certainly skilled with his camera, but even with the most basic equipment and skill-set, it would be difficult go wrong with these particular beauties.
Definitely add this one to your collection if you have a propensity to admire the spirited feminine beauty of nature and youth.
