Love these videos and it's great to have them all on one DVD. The stretchy band is a plus as well. I rarely do the 1 mile walk but it's nice to have the option there. 2 mile is a nice not-to-hard workout that's perfect for someone just starting to work out or coming back after an extended break. 3 and 4 miles are harder than they seem and I love the level of intensity - you get a good sweat but they aren't completely exhausting. In my opinion, the 3 mile walk is actually a bit harder than the 4 mile as it offers more intensity while the 4 mile seems to focus on more speed and cardio. Either way, I love these and use them regularly.

I really enjoyed this workout and it is what I was looking for after the fast 3 mile one, it is increasing the challenge which is what you need to do after a while in order to keep feeling like you are improving all the time.

I LOVE this video! You can pick your duration (i.e., 1 mile, 2 mile, 3 mile, 4 mile) based on the time you have available. My fav is the four mile program! I like how Leslie encourages you to work at your own pace. And throughout the workout, she tells you how good this workout is for your body, your muscles, your heart. I use the DVD everyday.

Awesome for beginners and advance persons ...I would recommend this DVD for everyone . I never tried a walking program before and didn't ever enjoy walking but this DVD makes it fun and you work at your own pace which is great ....
