I have used the rotisserie basket once and never again because I don't like cleaning it. Which is the reason I never bothered with the Philips Air Cooker. You would have to clean a basket like that after every use.
The biggest downside is there is no power button. I always have to unplug in order to turn it off, which is annoying. The other downside is the beeping sound it makes when you press the buttons is VERY loud and annoying.

And then it inexplicably stopped working today. Turned it on for another batch of chicken and it just turned off and won't even light back up. The cord still works (for a different appliance) and the power outlet is active and tested. I'm extremely disappointed with this outcome, I spent about $200 on this machine and it barely lasts over a year with a very, very modest amount of cooking (it was in box for about 8 of those months). Absolutely unacceptable level of craftsmanship for a product that costs this much.
I'll make sure to stay clear of Salton from now on, and I would recommend you do the same.
It's great to make a meal very fast. I'm not sure why is it much better than my oven but it makes the food really good.
I like to make chicken and vegetables.
Just notice you have enough space on your counter because it's not so small
