I just bought this in November 27, 2023 and I already have an issue opening the lock. I really need to exchange this or let this be repaired. I only used it twice since I bought it. It's okay if it was just for $50, but it is so expensive and could not afford to buy another one.

The product is really nice. The problem is the company that makes it. If you read the description. It says both 5 year and 10 year Warranty. Well that is because the 5 year warranty is for the USA and the 10 year warranty is for the European markets. This is based on the address of where you register it and not from where you purchase it.

I love this type of samsonite, the s'cure spinner, besides being good looking, it's light, you can move it in any directions and it just slides easy. There are 3 clamps to close it with the main one, you need to set up a code to lock and open it. Most of all, it's zipperless like I said it has 3 clamps to close it. I have 3 of large ones and 2 of carry ons. They are the best of all suitcases, they are expensive but worth it unlike some expensive ones, they have all the gadgets but they don't have the safety you get from this type of Samsonite.
