New York Times bestselling author Monica Murphy concludes her sexy Billionaire Bachelors Club series with a fiery romance that refuses to be left at the office . . .

Bryn James can't take much more. Smart, sexy Matthew DeLuca is everything she wants in a man, but he's also her boss—the youngest, hottest vineyard owner in the Napa Valley—and he doesn't see her as anything more than his shy assistant. That's all about to change. Armed with a hot new look and an attitude to match, Bryn is determined to catch Matt's eye . . . professionalism be damned.

With his winery's grand reopening approaching, Matt is trying to stay focused, but Bryn is suddenly making it very difficult. He's always thought her prim demeanor effortlessly sexy, but Matt can't deny that her transformation is jaw-dropping . . . and making it tough to keep his hands to himself.

But when one thing leads to another and suddenly Matt is stripping Bryn bare, he's faced with the biggest risk of his career—and his heart. Can he convince her—and himself—that this might just be more than a no-strings office affair?

Sweet, sexy, and lovable. I have completely adored this series. I don’t want to say goodbye.

Matt and Bryn dance around the sparks that are flying every time they are near each other. It is a forbidden dance of two people that are not supposed to want to be together because he is her boss and she his lowly assistant. Matt doesn’t see Bryn as just his assistant. She is smart and sexy and runs the place with ease. He is also addicted to her scent. Loves it.

Bryn has been there, done that.. no matter how attracted she is to Matt she can’t bring herself to act on it. Especially after what happened at her last job. No! She was not going to be that woman. The one that everyone talks about behind closed doors that she only has the job she does because she is screwing the boss. Even if she wan’t to lick every inch of Matthew DeLuca retired professional baseball player.

I loved the chemistry between Matt and Bryn. I cracked up several times as Bryn tried to justify her behavior. Monica does a great job developing her characters in this series of novellas. The women are strong and the men are hard headed and when they fall, they fall hard. I love the smokin hot chemistry between these characters. I think that Matthew and Archer (sorry Gabe) are going to make it into my top book boyfriends for 2014.

If you like sexy and sweet romances where the small town girl meets gets swept off her feet by the ruggedly handsome sommelier, then you will love Savor.

HASH(0x9d41f650) out of 5 stars A Quick, Fun, and Sexy Contemporary Romance! March 9 2014

Savior by Monica Murphy is a 2014 Avon Impulse publication. I was provided a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
Matthew DeLuca followed in his father's footsteps and became a major league baseball player. Out to prove he is not like his father, Matthew is proud of his accomplishments until he blew out his knee. Now he is starting over in the business world which led him to purchase a Napa Valley vineyard that had been foreclosed upon. The only person remaining with the vineyard was Bryn James who would be his assistant.
Bryn was adamantly opposed to any kind of office romance. She has been burned by that type of relationship before. So, instead of calling attention to her assets, she tries to hide them by wearing drab, loose fitting clothes and tying her hair up in a tight bun.
Matthew is puzzled as to why he can't stop thinking about his assistant. She is certainly not his type and she seems to go out of her way to look as plain as possible. But, she smells so good and there is something about her that he just can't put his finger on.
So, for months Matthew and Bryn stick to business and while they have a nice work relationship, neither of them want to get involved, despite their attraction to one another.
Matthew's sister in law has other plans. She knows Matthew has a thing for his assistant and begins to work on giving Bryn a makeover... and it works , a little too well.
I love these Billionaire e-series novellas from Avon Impulse. Bryn is the small town girl that is sort of out of her element in Matthew's world. As a person that has spent more time in small towns than large cities, I can attest to the feeling of intimidation that can cause. Being around the type of money and the fame that goes along with being involved with Matthew would make any normal girl feel the way Bryn did, at least a little. Add to that all the problems Bryn has had with men in the past and you have a woman suffering from a few insecurites. Matthew is living in the shadow of his famous and bad boy father who has an atrocious manner and likes to try and control Matthew's life and who also embarrasses the entire family.
Matthew wants a woman that will love him for who is inside and not for his money or fame and so far he hasn't had any luck with that. This leads Matthew to confidently make a million dollar bet with his best friends. If he keep his hands off women and manage not to fall in love in the next 45 days, he will walk away with a million dollars? Will he win or lose?
An quick, fun, and sexy contemporary romance- this one gets an A.
HASH(0x9d41f68c) out of 5 stars Matt's yumminess makes this an enjoyable read March 9 2014

First Impression...I completely loved the first book in this series, Crave. I was so excited for Matt's story. He started the bet, after all.

The Story...Bryn works for Matt. Bryn has a bad history with falling for the guy she works for. She needs to not do that again. So she hides behind loose boring clothes and does her job. But she really wants Matt. He loves her scent and when Ivy insists the clothes change, he can't keep his hands off her. I really love to watch two people resist chemistry. It's totally fun. The thing is that the reason they were resisting seemed pretty thin to me. Just felt that needed to be more substantial. I would have liked a little more from the ending as well. A few little details that didn't really get explained left me sad.

The Characters...I love Matt. He's afraid to be his father and I don't blame him. The guys a jerk. So he's trying very hard to do the right thing and not get involved with his assistant. But he can't resist her. I so love to watch a guy try to resist. I struggled with Bryn. I get that she doesn't want to be what everyone thought she was back home but she waffles, a lot. I wanted to shake her a few times. Guess that means she got to me emotionally, which is good.

The Writing...I enjoy Monica's writing style. There were a few places I wished there was more details but overall I enjoyed that part.

Could I Put it Down...Depends. There were parts I didn't want to put down and so I didn't. I read it in two evenings. But there were a few parts where I could and did put it down.

In The End.. I enjoyed it. It's a quick read and I wanted the rest of the story. I had hoped to know what happened from the bet in this story but Matt told us in the character interview. I also expected some progress in Gage's relationship but that didn't happen either. Despite that, I enjoyed Matt's story and would recommend it to anyone who's been enjoying this series. It's a great contemporary romance.
HASH(0x9d150dbc) out of 5 stars An Average Read With a Drool-Worthy Hero But Weak Heroine.... Feb. 21 2014

Format: Kindle Edition
As the final book in the Billionaire Bachelors Club series, Ms. Murphy comes full circle and gives us glimpses of the couples from the previous installments as well as the new couple of former athlete Matt and sexy but shy Bryn. Both of them are attracted to the other but are hiding behind facades so as not to endanger their hearts.

Bryn was born beautiful and it has caused her nothing but problems. No one has ever seen past her looks or ever expected much of her. She's added to her problems by making poor choices when it comes to men which led to her leaving her previous job after being romanced by a married man. She doesn't want to lose her new job though so she hides behind drab clothing, no make-up, and a buttoned-up demeanor. Making her commitment to keep to herself even more difficult is her attraction to her new boss and her new friend's desire to see them together and the subtle matchmaking going on. Bryn's journey to a HEA doesn't go smoothly as her insecurities and his honor create one roadblock after another to their getting together. Bryn's a character that has low self-esteem and is too scared to live for fear of making another mistake. She's wishy-washy and hard to pull out of her shell as the past book heroines find out when trying to befriend her. She's a character that I never warmed up to and wished for someone stronger for Matt.

Matt's starting a new career that he wants to be just as good at as he was as an athlete. Being the quintessential boss means keeping his hands off the help which becomes difficult once he sees a glimpse of the real Bryn. Though he's first attracted to her looks he soon works to win over her heart as he longs for something permanent and is drawn to the caring woman he's come to know throughout each work day. Matt is a great hero, caring and loyal. He doesn't want to be compared to his womanizing father which has him hiding his true feelings at first but ultimately becoming a swoon-worthy hero.

This was a slow moving story that never set itself apart from other contemporary romances. The hero was likable but the heroine was hard to relate to. Their journey to a HEA flowed back and forth due to her hot and cold demeanor which culminated in a rushed ending that felt incomplete. Not having read the previous books had no affect on my feelings towards this book. The storyline doesn't rely on any previous actions and, though nothing special, ends up being an average read. In no way do I feel like reading the previous installments of this series but will gladly read more of Ms. Murphy's works in the future as she clearly knows how to create a sexy and appealing hero.
HASH(0x9d0ea7bc) out of 5 stars I am crazy over this novel! Matt and Bryn are smokin' hot! Feb. 4 2014

Savor brings forward the glorious journey of two individuals meant to find each other. Matthew DeLuca and Bryn are spectacular, complex, and genuine characters. I feel extremely attached to them, which sounds silly, but I was so wrapped up in their story. I was incredibly sad once I finished this book and I could read about this pair all over again!

Matt DeLuca found a new career in wine. There was a struggling vineyard in need of new ownership and he swooped in to take over. With his purchase, Matt received several dedicated employees… including the talented Bryn. I was crazy in love with how this story took off from page one. Matt is drawn to his timid assistant and wonders if you can be addicted to another person’s scent. What other plausible explanation could there be for him to be constantly thinking of this meek woman?

Bryn left her small town life for a bright future in sunny California. She hops from job to job trying to land her big break but nothing sticks. Bryn is happy with her assistant position at the winery in Napa Valley and is extremely thankful for Mr. DeLuca for saving all their jobs when the previous owner left them with bounced paychecks. Her plain appearance is a shield against her past and she’s pleased to blend into the background. Bryn isn’t blind though and can’t help her attraction to her new boss.

Matt and Bryn both have something to prove and this results in them refusing to acknowledge the chemistry between them. Getting involved with her boss (again) is not a path Bryn wants to go down. Matt desperately wants to be taken seriously and escape the bad press surrounding his father. She hides behind beige and boring clothes while he absorbs himself in re-opening the winery. You can feel the tension simmering between them but they won’t give in. Staying strong and focused is the only way to show everyone how wrong the judgments have been.

There comes a time where you must decide what is most important. After a particularly terrible blow to her ego, Bryn realizes she cannot continue to run from reputation society has created for her. Matt is tired of worrying about his father’s mistakes casting a shadow over his life. You all need to read this and find out what happens!

I appreciated the fast pace of the storyline because it had my interest peaked the entire time. I couldn’t get enough of their steamy dialogue and fun flirting. Redemption, temptation, and surrender are tasty pieces of this delicious puzzle. The revelations and discovers spread through the pages make this an amazing read that will stick with you.
