After reading this book cover-to-cover, we meticulously followed every piece of advice and strategy recommended. From staging, to carefully selecting the best Real Estate agent, including listing and advertising strategies, this book covered it all. The Chapter on Negotiations was genius, simplified, but brilliant in when and what to say!!!
We finally found the right realtor after some logical words of advice on pg 91-93 on how to
choose and agent and how real estate offices assign an agent to your propety. (We had no idea)
That was our first mistake. Anyway...
