I bought two one was a black ipad 4 and the other was white, above I describe my problem with the black one....and now review on the white...first let me say I have gotten good at installing and thought the white one was perfect until I got a little glare from a light source.... I have a clearly visible what can only be described as a football grid, one solid line all the way across and then 4 short grid line and then another solid line across and the pattern repeats. Definitely not even close to OEM quality as other posters have stated, will ultimately have to repair both iPad 4 gen I have, I will be calling the company to see if they will work with me I'll keep you updated.
So I have called the company two different times and left messages to call me about my concerns of both issues with the digitizers, I have waited for over two weeks for a callback with no response....so I took off the black digitizer and just RMA'd it thru Amazon...thank good for them.....meanwhile I keep getting emails with statements like "I hope everything is still working good, if not contact us".....yeah right I gave up on that. With all that said, like an idiot I bought another black one to replace the one I RMA'd hoping it was just quality control issue, and it seems to be holding up good right now...only time will tell, but I'm not going to hold my breath. It's just dang annoying that you put a nice little card thanking me for my purchase with the product, stating if you have questions call, and then get ignored but continue to get what is clearly automated emails attempting to show that they care, when every action up to this point shows they do not....its as bad as listening to a politician.
Only slight noticeable difference worth mentioning is the small white key line several millimeters from the end of the connector (which is supposed to signify how far to push the digitizer connector into locking the connector) does not become hidden when fully connected like original did.

When ordering a digitizer replacement do yourself a favor and ORDER A NEW MIDDLE FRAME SPACER BEZEL TOO!!
