What I am most impressed with is the follow up care that you can receive on the internet. The web site provides you with audio teaching to back up what you read in the book and I have mever seen this done before.
I highly reccomend this book to beginners and advanced students as well...if you do not get anything by reading it then your mind needs to be more open.
