I love this book and highly recommend it. Jenn explains things clearly and in plain, easily understandable terms. I learned about this book from Jenn at the Simplicity Yoga studio in Keswick. It is a great reference and follow-up from the workshop I had taken with Jenn.

I have a better understanding of what is going on within my body and why I had hit a plateau in my post-baby weight loss. Instead of trying fad diets, I have been able to make a few subtle changes in my eating habits (and my family's) like cutting back on the bad processed carbs, yummy and colourful salads with homemade dressing and having my fruit as a snack with nuts instead of right after my meals.

I definitely have noticed that I have more energy, feel fuller after meals and do not have the wicked night time snack cravings any more. Even my sweet tooth is manageable.

Thank-you Jenn for an awesome book.

I found out about this book after seeing Jenn speak at the Yoga Conference in Toronto.

I love this book and highly recommend it. Jenn explains things clearly and doesn't get too caught up in science lingo.

I now have a really good understanding of what is going on with body.....why I wasn't succesful with losing weight and why I am tired all the time. Just after 2 days of making simple changes......hot water and lemon juice in the morning, smoothie with lots of goodies for breakfast instead of a large bowel of porridge, only one coffee a day, also carrying healthy snacks with me at all time.........I feel so much better....more energy and not hungry.
