A must have!

As a residential draftsman, I needed a better understanding of foundations systems beyond what college had taught me, and the years of experience I had gained . This book has helped me gain far more knowledge than I had thought possible. Now, instead of sending a partial drawing over to the engineer for his input, I'm capable of calculating and designing residential foundations systems to a level I feel comfortable with. I highly recommend this book for those needing a professional brush up or entry to designing foundations system outside of Part 9 building codes.
