Part 2: Volunteering and Conscription, Army Life in Camp (Goober Peas is by far my favorite and one I sing to my kids so they know it well.)

Part 4: Somebody's Darling
Part 5: Memories
The songs are arranged for both piano and guitar and are very easy to read. There are wonderful black and white prints of artwork and drawings throughout.
The only thing I don't like is that the book doesn't lie flat which can be problematic if your'e trying to play a song.
If you're passionate about learning about the Civil War, doing so through song is a wonderful way to do so. This book does the music of the period great justice and I feel it's a fantastic wealth of a collection.
