What I liked:
I believe the information about healthy eating was very sound. It was written in an informal way, to be a little more entertaining. The emphasis on not being too uptight about a new eating style was good. The principles here about healthy eating are as good as it gets.
What I felt could make it better for me:
Full disclosure here, I am vegan. The book took way too much time, trying to convince me that a vegan eating lifestyle is the best. I already have bought into that concept. The book would be quite a small read if they had just spent the time giving me their thoughts for a good eating plan.
The other thought I had was; they probably didn't need to swear as much as they did. Swearing works best if it is kept to a minimum, for effect. Otherwise its just filler.
In summary, being vegan, I totally buy into what is being said in this book. It really is a healthy way to live. Being skinny is not the goal, health is. Being skinny is a marketing concept to appeal to people buying a book
