About the Author

This book is one of the best recipe books I have ever had. Bob also provides a lot of good information about a healthy lifestyle and explains what we need to changes to be healthy and why. The meals are very healthy, wonderfully tasty, simple, fast, easy and don't use a lot of strange ingredients like so many others do. The bonus is that the recipes in this book will help me accomplish my goal of losing weight (along with exercise) and changing my lifestyle to a healthier one! Thank you Bob Harper!!! 😊

Love it, Love it - Bob your recipes are truly mouth watering, quick, simple and I have lost 5 lbs in three weeks. The recipes call for items I either have in the house or easy to find and I try to match the recipes so I don't waste any ingredients. I did not know you could do so many wonderful tasty things to Plain Greek Yogurt! It is such a great book 3 of my friends (who don't need to lose weigh) have purchased it, because they want to eat healthier.

Love the book, it is very easy to follow and the meals that have be used were great tasting. Have always enjoy Bob Harper, uses common sense for the weight lost. Since starting with some of the simple rules, I have started feeling much better more get up and go!
Anyone that is trying to lost wieght without losing your mind. I would definely gave this book a chance.

Once you make the decision to commit to a healthier you, this book will be your best investment! The recipes are delicious and easy. The rules are no-brainers! I went from 170 to 130 since May (its now October) and I'm still shedding pounds. I workout 5-6 days a week as well but saw faster results with the clean eating. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

This is an excellent publication. In fact, it is everything you need to lose weight. Follow the rules, follow the recipes and the weight does come off. Really good, healthy food and you won't be hungry. If you work and need to pack your snacks and lunch for the day it takes some prep time but it is so worth it. You need to drink water before and during meal times but it's all good!
