We all know that sleep is essential for us to be able to function on a daily basis, but most of us - including myself - don't get enough of it. I have battle insomnia within the last year and it is really catching up with me, so I wanted to get some help. This book was exactly what I needed! With helpful tips on easy ways to get a good night’s rest including exercise, reading a book, not drinking alcohol, and having a caffeine curfew, this book has it all. I am so glad I picked up this book because it truly has helped me to get a better night’s rest. Highly recommended.

This book is excellent and well-written. It includes almost everything you need to know to get good sleep, but just for those tips I'm pretty sure one can improve their sleep much more. This book answered my bf's question on why he always sleep better on my bed. Find out why, read this book. My favourite tip is "A spoon of Honey", can't wait to try it out because good mood in the morning when I wake is the most unpredictable but important thing to determine how my day goes.

Firstly, this was an amazingly easy read. Most importantly, it gave me more insight as to why I was having problems getting a good nights rest. It really helped me analyze what the issue was in order for me to fix my sleeping habits. This book has honestly, helped me in ever aspect of my life. My days at work are better, and I am able to fall asleep quickly and with out any interruption. I think that this is a must read for anyone who finds themselves not getting the sleep they used too.

The book is pretty good. It does contain several beneficial points. However, it sends you out to a website which asks for your email address to receive the rest of the information. I am not a fan of email collections, especially since that info could easily be added to this book.
