Product description

Mysteriously transported from New York City, Frey Holland finds herself trapped in the breathtaking land of Athia. Frey nicknames her new golden companion “Cuff” and sets off to find a way home. Frey soon learns this beautiful land once flourished under the reign of benevolent matriarchs, called Tantas, until a devastating blight relentlessly corrupted everything it touched. The Break transformed animals into beasts, men into monsters, and rich landscapes into four dangerous realms. At the center of their shattered domains, the Tantas now rule as maddened and evil sorceresses. Unaffected by the Break and desperate for answers, Frey reluctantly agrees to help the last remaining citizens of Athia who see her as their only hope. Frey’s journey through this strange and treacherous land will take her deep into the heart of corruption where she must battle monstrous creatures, confront the powerful Tantas, and uncover secrets that awaken something much more from within.

Been playing for a couple of days now. The game is actually alot of fun. The battle is fast paced with a lot of spells at your disposal.
The plot is pretty simple. A down-on-her-luck protagonist is taken away to a magical world where she is their best hope at fighting back evil.
The graphics are a mixed bag. the environments are beautiful, and the particles and battle animations are awesome looking. but the character animations, mainly in the face, are not great. things like talking, eating/drinking look unnatural.
dialogue is a bit cheesy at times, but really not bad at all. seems pretty accurate for a modern early 20s girl from new york.

overall, its a good game, and lots of fun once it gets going . far from perfect. probably not worth the full price, but at even a modest sale its 100% worth picking up

Ok so turns out this game is really good. Idk why it did so bad. I do think they put way too much half ideas into the game. For instance you end up with familars that follow you around and do absolutely nothing to enhace your abilities or to help u fight. Just a cute animal to look at, thats it.
Also throughout yhe first half of the game I got ao frustrated with these crystals that stick out of the walls on the cliffs. I tried so many times to use it as an anchor to jump off off but it turns out there is absolutely NOTHING you can do to utalize it until you get past chapter 5!! Would've been nice had the game told us that! I seriously thought i was really bad at controlling my character!! Also there are detours/sodequests you can miss out on if you continue further into the storyline. My suggestion is to do all the sidequests as they pop up. Th3 game does get pretty confusing qith having to switch between two sets of magic. Purple and red (accessable after chapter ).

Good game overall, 56 hour platinum. The story is fairly well done has a few holes my biggest issue was the large variety of accents in small world was off putting. The spell wheel is awkward and takes a lot of practice to get good at but once you get going its alot of fun. The world is Huge 10 hours or so to get through the story another 40 in exploration. Worth the money

Man ist richtig Zackig in der großen Spielwelt unterwegs, man kann sehr schnell sprinten, über hinternisse klettern und mit gewissen Fähigkeiten wie ein Blitz unterwegs sein.
Es sind keine Trophäen verpassbar. Also man kann gechillt das Spiel genießen und am ande alles fehlende erledigen.
Die Spielwelt ist wunderschön gestaltet und das Gameplay läuft flüssig und die Steuerung ist bestens. Die Geschichte des Spiels ist auch sehr toll und unterhaltsam.
Von mir gibt es die volle Punktzahl!
Es ist ein TOP Open World Spiel.
Ich kann es zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Ich habe es gekauft weil ich das Setting cool fand. Am Anfang ging es sehr schleppend voran. Bis man die zweite Fähigkeit bekommt dann macht das ganze schon mehr Spaß. Für 15 bis 20 Euro kann man es sich also unbedenklich holen.
