HASH(0x9c36f8d0) out of 5 stars Becoming a Dinosaur Won't Solve Your Problems Feb. 26 2008
By George Buttner - Published on
Format: Paperback
Have you ever wished that you could just *make* someone pay attention you and what you want? That's exactly the way Stanley feels when he wants to play dinosaur with his big brother Lionel, but Lionel is busy rehearsing with his bandmates. Stanley is not happy at all. He thinks that maybe if he were a really big animal, it would force Lionel to pay attention to him. And the animal he decides upon is the "T. rex" -- the might Tyrannosaurus, king of all dinosaurs.

In the end, Stanley learns that it may not be the best idea to simply fore someone to see things your way through sheer size. More than likely, you'll just end scaring them. Along the way, he learns (and so do we!) some intriguing dinosaur facts. This book also includes a fun page of "Did You Know?" dinosaur facts and a connect-the-dots. This is the first book released based directly off of one of the "Stanley" TV series and excellent reading for any fan of the series.

HASH(0x9c36fd80) out of 5 stars Baby loves this cute book March 10 2013
By Mama Nana - Published on
Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
We have been looking for this book for long time. My husband had found this in a used bookstore but someone bought it before he could. The cartoon is really cute. We like the books because they are full of facts. However, they are told by a kid named Stanley with a big imagination. So they are not boring.
I received the book on time. I am happy that it was used because our son is only 17 months and rough on things. But most kids are. :) I will definitely buy from this seller again.
